We are so fortunate to have our son at Fork Union. While many students around the country were unable to benefit from in-person classroom work, FUMA developed a solid plan for maintaining in-person classes and it worked! This enabled our son to continue to do well academically, making the honor roll at one point. In addition, he not only continued to run on the cross-country team, but surprised us by going out for and making the tennis team. He even earned a Bravo Zulu Award in the spring, which made us most proud!!!! In a year when so many students fell behind in their academic, athletic, and social development because of school disruptions from the pandemic, our son surged ahead at arguably a faster pace than any other time in his life.
