Fork Union Military Academy is proud to announce that the Class of 2025 has achieved 100% college acceptance, a remarkable milestone that reflects the hard work and determination of our seniors and the unwavering support from our College Placement Department.

This year’s senior class has set a high bar, with an impressive list of accomplishments:

• 100% College Acceptance
• 3 Congressional Nominations for prestigious U.S. Service Academies: Everett Dumolien, Malachi Walsh, and Mason Ng
• Acceptance to 106 and counting different colleges and universities across the country
• 84% of seniors have been accepted to four-year institutions
• The remaining 16% will pursue community college with plans to transfer, enlist in the military, or enter the workforce
• Over $3.6 million in merit scholarships awarded, with more expected in the coming weeks
• 40% of the class applied to and were accepted by one of Fork Union’s five Guaranteed Admission partner schools: Virginia Military Institute, The Citadel, Norwich University, Chowan University, and Ferrum College

The college admissions process has become increasingly competitive, and our seniors rose to the challenge, beginning their applications as early as August 1, 2024. Their persistence, resilience, and dedication to their futures is a testament to the values instilled at Fork Union.

We will celebrate these extraordinary young men and their next steps on May 1, National College Decision Day, as they officially commit to their chosen paths.
