As we return from Spring Break on March 17, the Uniform of the Day will change to Summer Class B (short-sleeve white shirts) for Mondays through Fridays.
Day Student Seniors need to check-in at the Commandant's Department on Saturday, March 22 for the Senior/PG Dinner by 6:00 PM in the Class A Uniform.
Additionally, if your Day Student will be absent due to illness, please email absent@fuma.org to notify the school.
We hope you enjoyed your time with your cadet over Spring Break! We hope all cadets return to campus recharged with a renewed sense of focus and purpose. May will be here before we know it!
Classes will resume on Monday, March 17.
All boarding students must be signed in by 7:00 PM on Sunday, March 16.
Once cadets return from Spring Break, the next Major Leave will be End-of-Year Departure. Below are the scheduled departure dates for specific groups of cadets.
Important: All boarding cadets must submit a Leave Request in Orah for their End-of-Year departure. To ensure proper accountability, please submit requests by Friday, April 18.

The 2025 Military Ball will take place on Saturday, April 26, at 1800 hours in the Library. This long-standing tradition is open to all junior and senior cadets for an evening of celebration and camaraderie. Tickets are $25 per individual or $40 per couple. For cadets without a date, we are coordinating with Virginia all-girls schools to invite guests.

West Point is hosting its annual Summer STEM Workshops for students in 6th through 9th grade, offering an immersive, hands-on experience in science, technology, engineering, and math! This is an incredible opportunity for cadets to explore the West Point Academy grounds, experience cadet life, and engage in exciting STEM activities.
Workshop topics include: Human Physiology, Fuel Cell Cars, Propellants, Robotics, Cantilevers, Soldering Circuits, Fish Biodiversity, Water Chemistry, Meteorology, Egg Drop Engineering, and Data Analytics and more!

Senator Mark Warner invites high school and middle school students, their parents and guardians, and school counselors to Academy Day 2025 for a comprehensive overview of the United States service academies and their admission processes.
