Inauguration Parade Attendance by Cadets Canceled Due to Weather

With weather forecasts predicting the coldest inauguration in forty years, President-Elect Donald Trump has decided to move his inauguration ceremony indoors at the U S Capitol and the outdoor parade in which the Fork Union Military Academy Corps of Cadet had been invited to march has been canceled.

In announcing this news, CAPT Mark Black, President of the Academy, stated, "Being selected to participate in this historic event was an incredible honor, and we are immensely proud of the dedication and hard work demonstrated by our students, faculty, and staff in preparing for this momentous occasion. The countless hours of planning and practice showcased the discipline and commitment that define our school community."
