Online Catalog

The Destiny Library Manager is an online catalog of all books and videos that are housed in the Beatty Library. It can be accessed from any computer on campus. It provides various types of search capability. 
 

Basic Search

Destiny's most basic search screen allows students to search by keyword, author, title or subject. The results screen shows the format of the item, title, author, call number, collection location and availability status.

Power Search

Destiny's Power search allows students to create a very specific search by choosing up to three separate fields in an entry: keyword, title, subject, author, series, or note.
 

Destiny Quest

This option provides a format that is a visually appealing and highly graphic online searching experience. Students can perform a Basic Search, a Power Search or a Visual Search and, once the search "hits" are displayed, Quest allows students to narrow their search by genre, interest level, series, publication year, length, language and format.
